KeePass is a free password manager open source, which helps you manage your passwords securely. You can put all your passwords in one database, which is locked with one master key or a key file. So you just remember a master password or select the key to unlock the whole database. The databases are encrypted using the encryption algorithms best and most secure currently known (AES and Twofish).
KeePass is really free, and more than that: it is open source (OSI certified). You can take a look at the full source and check if the encryption algorithms are applied correctly.
