BinDiff is a comparison tool for binary files, which helps researchers and engineers to quickly find the vulnerability of differences and similarities in the disassembled code. With BinDiff you can identify and isolate patches for vulnerabilities in the vendor patches. You can also port the symbols and comments from disassembly of multiple versions of the same binary file or use BinDiff to gather evidence for the flight code or patent infringement.
when using
- Compare binaries for x86, MIPS, ARM, PowerPC and other architectures supported by IDA Pro
- Identify the functions identical and similar in different binary
- The function names of the port, comment lines front and rear, standard input and local names of a removal to another
- Detect and highlight the changes between two versions of the same function
